Fellowship Bible Church of Conway is hosting an Easter experience called “Journey to the Cross.” This unique journey offers individuals the opportunity to walk through seven stations designed to allow the person to experience a little of what Jesus Christ’s final week on earth was like. Andy Patterson, who is on staff at FBC and the leader of “Journey” says, “Many people who took the journey told me it was the first time they had experienced what Christ endured and it enabled them to grasp the significance of Easter personally.”
The dates are always the same, with the “Journey” opening on the Tuesday before Easter and closing on Good Friday. This year that makes it open April 3rd through April 6nd and hours are from 8am to 8pm. “Journey to the Cross” is open to the entire community. At least 500 people experienced “Journey” in 2011 and Fellowship hopes for even more in 2012.
